    Question: Is Bead Them Up p/l Retail or Wholesale?

    Bead Them Up P/L is a Retail and Wholesale supplier; we import most of our products direct from manufactures or suppliers overseas and we can supply products at wholesale prices to registered jewellery business.

    Question:Do I need an ABN to purchase wholesale from Bead Them Up p/l?
    Yes, as we give up to 40% discount to Jewellery businesses we need to see proof that the ABN is for registered jewellery business only.

    Bead Them Up p/l is not only a website company - we have  a showroom at Ramsgate:

    Question: Is there a minimum purchase when shopping?
    No,we do not have minimum order quantity you can purchase as few products as you wish, although if you purchase more than $80.00 worth shipping is free.

    Question:Is there a printed catalogue?
    As our product range is so extensive and constantly changing we cannot supply a printed catalogue. We have almost all products that we carry are available online.

    Question: How do I see how much of an item you currently have in stock?
    Beadthemup.com.au has a live inventory, this means that all items listed as available to purchase on our website are in stock and ready to ship. To see how much of an item we currently have in stock, click on the product image to be taken to product detail page, and under the description of the product you will see the stock figure.If your quantity of a requested product is larger than our stock on hand you will not be able to checkout until your requested quantity to purchase is equal to the quantity we have in stock.

    We now process credit card payments over the internet via PayPal this ens
    ures your payment and credit card details are secure.We also accept payment via direct bank deposit to our bank account, Cheque and money order, if you are using these methods your order will not be shipped until we have received and guaranteed payment.

    Question: When can I expect my order?
    Your order will be sent via Star Track, Australia Post Registered or Parcel Post Plus within 3 working days of when we receive your payment for your order.

    Question:I have not received my order yet?
    If your order has not been received in the allowed time please confirm with us that your parcel has been shipped and then we can help you to locate your order.
