Wire Wrapping


Make an "S" Clasp and Hook

Tools:

Round nose Pliers

Nylon jaw pliers

Side Cutters

Use 0.8mm wire or thicker

"S” Clasp

Hold the end of the wire with the tip of the round nose pliers.

Using your fingers or the nylon jaw pliers to hold the wire, wrap the wire around the nose of the pliers till a small loop has been formed.

Hold the wire furthest from the tip of the round nose pliers and next to loop.

Wrap the wire till it meets the loop.

Hold the wire furthest from the tip of the round nose pliers and wrap the wire around the round nose pliers until the wire crosses over.

Hold the end of the wire with the tip of your round nose pliers opposite the first loop. Make a second small loop

Trim wire close and make your clasp flat.

Hook

Hold the end of the wire with the tip of the round nose pliers.

Using your fingers or the nylon jaw pliers to hold the wire, wrap the wire around the nose of the pliers till a small loop has been formed.

Hold the wire furthest from the tip of the round nose pliers and next to loop.

Wrap the wire till it meets the loop.

Make a second small loop opposite the first loop.

Trim wire close.
